It has a filling range from 50 to 200 ml. In order to obtain exact filling volumes, cylinder and piston must be changed over when filling smaller quantities than 50 ml. Depending upon the type of product, an exchangeable nozzle is used which is supplied with the apparatus in three different diameters, with openings of 2mm, 4mm & 8mm.
The hopper has a capacity of 18 liters, and all parts in contact with the material to be filled are made of stainless steel. The Dosing Filler is designed to be connected to all main drive units.
